What can Counselling do for you?

Stephanie offers Counselling across a range of issues. Although face to face counselling is her normal practice, during this COVID-19 pandemic Stephanie is also offering Online Counselling via a Zoom meeting which she will set up with you.

How many sessions will I need?

Usually, between 4-8 sessions will resolve the presenting issue. Sessions are generally 60 minutes

Through her own experiences of deep loss and tragedy, Stephanie shares a calm and empathetic nature and creates a  therapeutic relationship with her clients.

The practical tools Stephanie uses in her counselling sessions include:

·      Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

·      Narrative Therapy (NT)

·      Mindfulness and Meditation

·      Clinical Hypnosis

Equipped with all the latest knowledge and practice guidelines, Stephanie uses these tools to help her clients find positive outcomes from their often complex issues, in a gentle manner.

Stephanie is a registered provider for AHM, Bupa, Medibank, The Police Health Fund and Doctor's Health Fund.
